Oliver, originally from the UK was a pastry chef at a range of hotels and restaurants in London and Europe.
He then decided to move to New Zealand with his family and started working at southern hospitality project managing hospitality fit-outs ranging from hotels, rest homes, bars, restaurants, and the corporate sector.
Some of the clients he worked with were Fisher & Paykel healthcare, Air New Zealand, Skycity, metlifecare, summerset and more.
Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge with him and we are looking forward to working on many projects with him.
