Senior Quantity Surveyor
Dan is a Quantity Surveyor with both local and overseas experience. He began his construction career with several years on the tools in commercial interiors before going on to study Quantity Surveying through a cadetship with Canam. Whilst working on the Auckland University Business School, Dan was prompted to a dual position of Project Management and Quantity Surveying leading to his tenure in NZ commercial interior project management.
In 2012 Dan moved to Perth and began working in residential development, completing developments up to $30M and architectural one-off builds of up to $4M.
After 5 years in WA, Dan moved to Queensland to take up a roll of Preconstruction Workflow Manager for a $1B developer. Overseeing the design, estimating and cost reporting aspects of multiple developments across the eastern-seaboard, Dan played a key part in developments ranging from detached to high density housing, estates with 20 to 600+ homes, and over 2,000 homes being built each year.
Dan recently moved back to NZ and joined our dynamic team in expanding our repertoire. Dan works with a best-for-client approach, with a wide range of industry knowledge and experience to identify varying aspects of projects and construction process.
