Aidan started his career in Gisborne as an apprentice carpenter in 2004. After completing his apprenticeship Aidan moved to Wellington where he worked for Fletcher Construction for five years. After several years as foreman at the Wellington Hospital Fletcher Construction provided the path into project management.
Aidan’s first project as a Project Manager was for the GCSB fitout spanning five floors with a total floor area of 15,000m2. The project also included a sophisticated data centre which was critical to the building operations.
Since Fletchers, Aidan has moved towards retail fitouts including a two-year placement in London as a Senior Project Manager, building Tesco supermarkets under design and build contracts.
After returning from London Aidan has continued working within the interiors space of construction completing office fitouts, retail stores and dental clinics throughout New Zealand.
Over the last seven years, Aidan has established himself within the New Zealand market as an industry leader with landmark projects such as the Sugar Club and H&M Commercial Bay.
